It was a clean hotel in a very good location.Ideal for tourists who look for a place to sleep and go sightseeing. Piazza di Spagna and metro are 15-20 min walk. The neighbour is quiet though quite safe. The staff (although not all speak English) has a good sense of humour and is very willing to help and give information for the place .Breakfast is full and suits everyone. Highly recommended to tourists.
We found difficulty in charging laptops and mobile phones as there is only one plug in the room and another one in the bathroom and these are quite old.

Bella camera, buona posizione, e personale molto amichevole.Beautiful room, good location, friendly staff.
The only negative point was the a/c was not working for two days and temperature outside peaked to 101/102f°. A fan was requested but not provided. Con temperature esterne oltre I 40c° l'aria condizionata non ha funzionato tutti e due I giorni del nostro pernottamento.

it was in walking distance from the metro - 5 minutes.the restaurants near by had fair prices. the breakfast was quite various and big.
the hotel stuff didn't know a word in English and we had no one to ask questions. the rooms didn't have a refrigerator, however we could use the hotel's one.

Staff was very friendly. All of them. I would not miss the chance to especially mention the kind Tomasso, who was very helpful all th time. The location of the hotel is in very good neighbourhood - 20-30 minutes walk to Spanish steps, in a close proximity to amreican embassy (10 minutes walk).
As in other Italian hotels there was just one electricity outlet in th room and no connetion-joint available, theis was causing a bit of incovenience. The price of 120 Euro is maybe a bit over the expected considering the available facilities, but I guess this is the regular level for such a hotel in a good district.
